Abbeymoore Manor is a small B&B with a limited number of rooms . Due to our small size and the fact that we do not overbook like large hotels cancellations and changes made to arrival and departure dates affect us significantly. Please read and understand our cancellation policy: * All cancellations are subject to a $25 administration charge per room. * Reservations of 1-3 room nights have a 14 day cancellation period with a 1 night administration charge per room. * Reservations of 4-6 room nights have a 14 day cancellation period with a 50% administration charge per room. * Reservations of 7 days or longer have a 30 day cancellation period with a 50% administration charge per room. * All cancellations within 7 days of your anticipated arrival will be charged the full amount of your stay. * Multiple room bookings may require a 50% per room deposit. * We do not charge for rooms that are re-rented.We suggest you contact your travel agent for trip cancellation insurance in the event of unforeseen changes in your plans. We do not charge for cancelled rooms that we are able to fill.
